Leadership
As a teacher-leader, I have taken a variety of roles at both my schools and in the district to support the success of students and other teachers. Part of my leadership strategy is to remain on the cutting edge of best practices, so I also engage in a range of professional development. This May marked the pinnacle of those efforts to date, as I completed all four components of the NBCT application process and submitted them for grading.
